This policy explains what information TATH Systems ("we", "us") collects, why, and how you can contact us about it. TATH Systems is an Ontario-based business providing websites and business automation services.

Information we collect

This website does not have its own contact form, account system, or database. When you book a consultation, the booking form collects:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your answer to the question about your business's biggest challenge
• Appointment details such as the date, time, and time zone you choose

If you email us or become a client, we also receive the information you choose to share with us.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation
• To communicate with you about your appointment
• To prepare for and provide services you request

Booking a consultation does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages.

Service providers we use

• Google (Google Workspace, Google Calendar appointment scheduling, and Google Meet) provides the booking calendar shown on this site, processes the booking form, confirmations, and reminders, and is used for business email, calendar events, and video meetings. Google may set cookies needed for the booking page to work. See Google's own privacy policy for details.
• Website hosting providers serve this website and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in standard server logs.
• Stripe may be used to process payments for invoices or payment links sent to clients separately. This website does not collect payment card information.

Some of these providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, or marketing trackers on this website, and we do not currently use analytics. The embedded Google Calendar booking page may use its own cookies to function. If we add other tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

Safeguards and retention

We limit access to your information to what is needed to run the business, and we rely on the security features of the providers listed above. We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@tathsystems.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
