Free consultation

The 15-minute consultation is free. You can cancel or reschedule it at any time using the link in your booking confirmation email.

Paid work

Paid work is scoped individually and agreed in writing before any payment is requested. Any deposits, payment milestones, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are explained in the proposal or service agreement before payment is collected.

Payments

Payments are made through invoices or secure payment links (for example, through Stripe) sent directly to clients.
